Ted Harris as Manager of RND, saw the need for Quality Planning ( a division of Verisk) to build its own database of insurance-related data to both reduce cost and speed up analysis of our client’s data. After getting approval and funding from Verisk’s senior leadership, Ted created a data acquisition team that acquired data across the United States such as driver’s licenses, vehicle registration, property record, and court documents.  The data was then transformed into a common, queryable data structure to enable near real-time analysis of insurance applications and deep behavioral analysis of a client’s customer database.
